You need to be 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license with at least two years driving experience.

We ask all of our customers to provide their flight number in time of reservation so that we can check in case your flight is delayed or arriving early.

Pets are allowed in rental vehicles. Customers must return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning and detailing fees.

Yes, vehicles can be delivered. You will be given the option to write the wanted address when you make a reservation. Depending on the location, it can be free of charge or fees may apply.

At time of pick-up you have to present your driver license, your passport or photo ID and your form of payment.

The actual rental is based on a 24-hours basis and starts with the exact time of pick-up which is normally printed on the rental agreement.

Should you require baby seats, child seats, roof or ski racks or GPS you should request these at time of reservation. All optional equipment is on request only pending confirmation from the car rental company. All optional equipment must be paid for locally.

If your driver license is not in the Roman alphabet and/or if you travel outside of Europe, an International Driving Permit IN ADDITION to your valid driver license is strongly recommended. In a few destinations and with a few car rental partners the IDP must be presented mandatorily at time of pick-up. Pls. check our terms & conditions at time of reservation.

Any additional driver need to be registered in the rental agreement. Additional drivers need to be present at time of pick-up and provide a valid driver license and passport/photo ID.

You need to request this at time of reservation. Extra fees may apply. This depends on the destination and the driving territories/countries you plan to visit.

Yes, an agent will be present to accept the return at the time stated in your agreement.

Arrivals in airports and other public places will be greeted with a hand-held sign. Vehicles may also be delivered and returned to hotels and other locations.

No additional charge for being 1-2 hours late. Anything more than 3 hours will be charged as a full day price. If you know you are going to be late, please let us know beforehand.

Always contact us first at the emergency numbers stated in the agreement, then depending on the accident you will either be required to fill out an “EU accident form” which is located inside the glove compartment box in the vehicle or call the local police.

We always use the full to full fuel policy but you can pre-pay for fuel per request

We accept debit cards, credit cards, cash and bank transfers.

A partial refund is given only if we are notified on time (48 hours) prior to your return.

A third party insurance, vehicle and passenger insurance are included in the rental price. However, all vehicles possess Collision Damage Waiver Insurance with excess starting from 200€ to 1000€ depending on the vehicle category.

We offer full refund for all cancelations made 48 hours before the trip.

The vehicle scheduled to your transfer will typically be either a sedan or a van depending on the number of people.

Our driver will pick you up from the previously agreed location. If you’re being picked up from the airport, whether you are flying in on a domestic flight or an international flight, our driver will meet you outside of customs due to security restrictions.

We will have your name on a hand-held sign which will have our logo as well.
